Culturenet Cymru will be present at the National Eisteddfod again this year on the National Library’s stand and will be giving visitors an unique opportunity to get involved with our projects.

This year Culturenet has an interactive display and we are encouraging visitors to contribute their thoughts and feelings on a range of images from the Gathering the Jewels website . Our nation’s history is rooted in the memories and experiences of the people and we are keen to discover what feelings these images provoke in you.

Get involved by placing your comments on our interactive display panels or tell us your feelings and memories of Cardiff and have them recorded using our sound recording technology.
Contribute to a nation’s memory by sharing your thoughts and memories with us at the National Eisteddfod.

Culturenet Cymru will also be launching a new Gathering the Jewels website on Thursday 7th at the Eisteddfod. Combined with this will be a chance to bring your material to be digitised by our staff. If you have a photo, letter, ticket, postcard or programme that you would like to have digitised then bring it along to our stand and make your history a part of Welsh history.
